Juniper Lodge Priority Reservation Instructions

1. The first step in making a reservation is to download the Priority Reservation form (click here) or, call us at 1-866-423-6873 in North America or 1-250-423-6873, to have one faxed to you. This reservation will secure a position for you on our Exclusive Reservation Holder Event Date on February 10th, 2007.
2. When completed, fax the form to #1-250-423-8219
3. Courier to us the $2000 cheque (as per the reservation form) or, call us with a Visa number at 1-866-423-6873 in North America or 1-250-423-6873.
4. February 10th - Exclusive Reservation Holder Event Date. This is the date that you would be given a time slot to secure your quarter interest in a suite. It is not necessary to attend this event.
5. First Deposit of the balance of 20% would then be due within 7 days.
6. Final amount on the completion date. We are anticipating this to occur in Aug./Sept., 2007. At this point in time all taxes would be due and your lawyer fee (generally around $1200.)

   Taxes are:
   GST - 6% of purchase price
   PST - 7.5% of the furniture amount only (around $400)
   BC Transfer tax - 1% of purchase price
