This innovative program will provide another higher level of assurance for our home buyers. The new program will be managed by Maintenance Operations Program Inc. and will ensure that all warranties are maintained and recorded with the Home Owners Association. When completed, the building will meet the highest standards of the National Home Warranty program and assure the purchaser that all preventative maintenance services are completed in a proper schedule with maintenance issues, if any, promptly completed by the builder.
